Guests have a well-appointed en suite room, with a TV with DVD and radio, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities.  The room is quiet and overlooks  our attractive garden to the countryside beyond. 

We have a second room available for children.  This has twin beds and a cot for a baby or toddler (and we can often baby-sit by arrangement).

We offer a choice of cooked or continental breakfast, included in the price.  We also provide evening meals by prior arrangement, or there are several bistros and restaurants and an excellent fish and chip restaurant in Fakenham.

Access into the house is unfortunately not particularly wheelchair-friendly, and the bedrooms are upstairs.
